Ways to Give

Safe Haven of of Iowa County is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that depends on the generosity of private citizens to care for the many hundreds of animals it takes in each year.

SHIC receives no state, federal or United Way funding. There are a myriad of ways to help the homeless animals at the sanctuary.

See how your donation works for the animals:
$30	Initial vaccinations and exam for one incoming animal
$50	Initial vaccinations and Microchipping for one animal
$100	Spay or neuter two cats
$250	spay or neuter two dogs
$500	Emergency vet care fund for injured animals
$1000	Humane education to reach 500 children
$5000	Cover the operation of the Safe Haven for one month
